Buying from me

These are the necessary legal bits.  You know they have to be here.  In essence though, I love a happy customer and I am super-helpful! So feel free to email me with any concerns or questions.

Rope Papercuts sells both commissions and off-the-peg items, but everything available on this website is made by me from scratch.  This means that delivery times will vary. 

 

Christmas acrylic cuts will usually be dispatched within 5 working days using 2nd class post (last order for Christmas 11th December 2021 - contact me after this date for availability using other delivery methods.)

Hand cut commission pieces usually take up to 28 days to dispatch using first class, signed-for post, but I will contact you after your order with an expected timescale and keep you in the loop.

If you need any item for a particular date, email me at ropepapercuts@gmail.com and I will do my best to fit you in if at all possible.

 

Delivery

All items are posted via Royal Mail, and your postage options will be displayed at the checkout.  Delivery times are estimates, and are stated in the ‘Buying from me’ section.

 

Returns policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund, minus a charge for postage. However, the product must be unopened and/ or unused and in a resaleable condition. You’ll then be refunded within 28 days. Rope Papercuts can also deduct an amount for the diminished value of the product when making a refund.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been designed and cut, and cannot be refunded unless faulty.  You may amend or cancel your personalised order if I haven't started designing it yet.  If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible.

 In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged or incorrect, contact me as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.  I may require you to post the original item back to me, and if so I will also reimburse you for the cost of the postage. When posting goods to me, please get a certificate of posting from your post office – Rope Papercuts does not have responsibility if your parcel is then lost or damaged in transit.

Communication is the key – just contact me! Problems are unlikely and most can be sorted easily!

 Details on this website are not a binding obligation to sell an item to you.  In the event of a misprice, Rope Papercuts is not obliged to sell at the incorrect price and you will be notified as soon as the error is noticed.

Privacy Policy

Rope Papercuts will NEVER share or disclose your personal information to a third party.  Your personal details will only be used for the purpose of providing you with the purchases you make, and will be stored securely.

When you make an order with Rope Papercuts, you agree to its terms and conditions.  T&Cs are effective from the moment they are published on this website.  If you do not accept the T&Cs, please do not make a purchase.  Rope Papercuts reserves the right to update T&Cs at any time, and in the event of a conflict, the most up-to-date version of the T&C will prevail.
